The first-person camera snaps onto Kiki's shotgun.
Her hands start moving without her permission.

The robots open fire.
THE YELLOW ONE! NO, THE OTHER YELLOW ONE!
Their smiley faces become progressively angrier as they're damaged.
One explodes.
Okay, we're getting along.
The final lock shatters.
The glowing memory falls into Kiki's hands.
02:20 — First person she killed
Kiki touches the heart.
A memory flashes.
A dark room.
Two young women sitting beside each other.
Kiki and a beautiful girl with short black hair.
They're holding hands.
You're really going back for her?
She's my little sister.
Then I'm coming.
The memory jumps forward.
A doorway covered in blood.
The same young woman places Kiki's pistol against her chest.
You have to kill me. It's the only way into the dead zone.
There has to be another way.
Kiki. You're the bravest idiot I've ever met.
She smiles through her tears.

The memory ends.
Kiki slowly looks down at the black kitten.
Momo?
The kitten closes her eyes.

Kiki picks her up.

Kiki holds her against her cheek.
For a moment, neither speaks.
